Hello, my name is Linda, I'm your Teen Personal Trainer.

I help teens of all ages overcome their body woes mentally and physically. From weight loss to weight gain as well as dieting and exercising... every online session is confidential.

I was born and bred in Houston Texas, I'm 19 years old and currently majoring in Human Anatomy at local community college in California.

Giving Personal Training on weight/body issues is my passion, I don't put teens on strict diets but rather on healthy life habits.

I know exactly what you are going through everyday and understand that it is not easy being a teenager.
